Tell yourself today:

Today I will take a minute to think about and mentally thank all the people who've made my lifestyle. From the person who made my shirt, to the person who picked my tea. 

Author note: We are connected to so many others through the products we buy. Where at all possible, try to be assured that they got treated fairly and were paid a fair wage. In fast-fashion, some garment workers starve so we only have to pay a couple of pounds for an item. It costs us less, but it costs others their lives.
